Engages refinery operators, EPC firms, licensors, and engineering stakeholders through site visits, workshops, proposals, and presentations. Provides application expertise, translates technical improvements into business value, monitors market trends, and collaborates with global technical teams to deliver customer solutions.

Drive revenue growth by developing new manufacturing OEM and system-builder accounts and expanding existing relationships. Lead market development for heat exchanger products, manage leads and sales pipelines, conduct customer meetings and visits, prepare value-based quotes, and use CRM and market insights to guide sales decisions. The role requires refrigeration market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and travel up to 60% from Richmond, Virginia.

Manages channel strategy across capital equipment and service sales by executing partner programs, maintaining agreements and territory plans, onboarding partners, analyzing performance, supporting incentives and governance, enabling partners through training and tools, maintaining CRM data, and developing new partner opportunities. Collaborates with sales, marketing, service leadership, and global stakeholders to improve channel effectiveness and drive commercial growth.
