Lead & Inspire
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Operations Development team

Shape Strategy & Translate into Action
Partner with Product Group leadership to define strategic priorities
Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable impact
Ensure alignment across regions, functions, and stakeholders
Drive Complex Transformation
Lead large-scale, cross-functional and international programs
Manage high-complexity projects (technical, organizational, cultural)
Deliver tangible, measurable improvements across operations
Influence Across the Organization
Engage with stakeholders from shopfloor to executive level
Collaborate across R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations
Play an active role in the Product Group Management Team
