Owns Mid-Market revenue, quota, forecasting, hiring, and performance in New York City. They will coach account executives on fast-cycle land-and-expand deals, partner with recruiting and enablement, and improve conversion, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity.

Build and lead Metaview’s SMB sales function in San Francisco. Own team performance, quota attainment, forecasting, recruiting, coaching, and sales-process development. Establish qualification frameworks, discovery standards, stage gates, pipeline reviews, reporting, and deal-review cadences. Coach account executives on high-velocity land-and-expand sales, partner with enablement and product marketing, and create a repeatable SMB playbook that improves forecast accuracy and rep productivity.

Own customer implementations from contract signature through steady-state adoption. Configure AI agents, prompts, templates, integrations, and customer workflows; lead user and hiring-manager training; monitor adoption; troubleshoot usage gaps; and create reusable onboarding assets. Manage multiple implementations, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholders while tailoring the experience to each customer and helping teams achieve measurable value from the platform.

Shape Metaview’s brand across its website, product launches, campaigns, events, video, presentations, and physical collateral. Evolve the visual identity into scalable systems covering typography, color, illustration, icons, photography, and motion. Develop distinctive graphics, storyboard brand videos, and collaborate with Design, Marketing, Product, Events, Operations, and company founders from concept through production.

Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and launches for Metaview’s AI recruiting products. Research customers, buyers, competitors, and the recruiting technology market; develop narratives, case studies, sales collateral, and enablement materials; support Sales and Customer Success; and measure and improve product marketing impact.

Own Metaview’s US marketing events strategy and execute events end to end, including conferences, product launches, executive dinners, community gatherings, partnerships, and activations. Responsibilities include developing concepts, managing promotion and follow-up, selecting event investments, coordinating sales partnerships, managing venues and vendors, overseeing budgets and timelines, and measuring results to improve brand engagement, relationships, and pipeline.

As a GTM Recruiter at Metaview, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Sales, CS, and Marketing roles, partner with leadership, and enhance recruiting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The Account Executive will identify prospects, upsell enterprise plans, and drive the sales process from contact to close while learning from market interactions.
