Lead end-to-end supply chain planning for high-performance computing product lines: own monthly revenue forecasts, capacity and wafer-start planning, backlog and escalation management, inventory and risk mitigation, and deliver data-driven reporting to align Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to meet revenue and customer commitments.

Lead quality improvement for new product introductions and volume ramp of semiconductor products. Define and track continuous improvement, analyze DPPM and returns, implement customer-specific requirements, coordinate cross-functional problem solving, ensure automotive standards compliance, engage with customer QA and suppliers, and represent on external standards committees.

Translate customer system needs into PRDs, use cases, and basic API definitions; evaluate trade-offs between features and schedules and support VR architecture decisions for high-current ASIC and server processor platforms.

Design and architect Verilog RTL for mixed-signal memory buffer ASICs (DDR5/DDR6+), lead digital implementation (synthesis, STA, P&R hand-off), verification (formal, lint, CDC), DFT and gate-level debug, produce documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead analog CMOS power-management block design from specification through production: architecture, simulation, layout supervision, lab evaluation, test/DFT strategy, verification planning, mentoring, and customer-facing support to ramp products.

Perform root-cause failure analysis on semiconductor products, learning FA workflows and using microscopy and lab instrumentation (SEM, optical/acoustic microscopes, x-ray tomography, photon/thermal microscopy). Collaborate with engineers and technicians to analyze, report findings, and support field customers and new product development.

Design ATE hardware and PCBs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and regulatory requirements, optimize layouts for performance, and troubleshoot issues during development using industry-standard PCB tools.

Design, develop, test, and maintain customer-facing software that interfaces with IC/firmware teams. Gather requirements, troubleshoot system failures, perform code reviews, and contribute across projects using Java, Kotlin, Python, and frontend technologies.

Design and verify complex high-voltage and precision analog blocks for mixed-signal ASICs. Lead feasibility studies, AMS simulations, silicon debugging, lab characterization, DFT alignment, layout guidance, documentation, and support ramp-to-production.
