Lead component-level long-range demand and capacity modeling for semiconductor manufacturing. Build scenario models, maintain site and supplier capacity profiles, identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks, drive constraint engineering, align capacity investment and qualification roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional surge and ramp planning to ensure predictable production scale-up.

Lead end-to-end technical execution of complex SoC programs from architecture through silicon production. Drive integration strategy, schedules, risk management, and tape-out readiness. Coordinate cross-functional teams (RTL, verification, physical, DFT, firmware, validation, packaging), define chip-level architecture and performance/power targets, oversee IP/subsystem integration, and lead post-silicon debug and first-pass silicon delivery. Mentor senior engineers and resolve lifecycle issues.

Lead architecture and design of embedded firmware for UALink switch ASICs, spanning hardware-software co-design, protocol and transport implementation, link initialization and topology discovery, SDK/API exposure to BMCs (OpenBMC/Redfish), performance optimization for low-latency collective primitives, advanced RAS features, and firmware security including secure boot and runtime attestation.

Lead design, production release, and continuous improvement of ATE hardware (loadboards, probe cards, sockets, change kits). Manage vendor relationships, review schematics/layout/BOMs, support first-article builds and debug, maintain inventory and coordinate shipments to meet NPI timelines.
