As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will cultivate customer relationships, present product solutions, drive sales opportunities, and manage the sales cycle in the semiconductor industry.

Develop, validate, and maintain ATE test solutions from NPI through production. Support qualification, characterization, yield analysis, and customer returns. Build scalable test hardware/software, perform debugging and instrumentation measurements, lead reviews, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with product, quality, and external partners to enable production ramps.

Manage design, vendor coordination, and production release of ATE hardware (loadboards, probe cards, test sockets, change kits). Review schematics, layouts, BOMs, support first-article builds, debug, maintain inventory, and interface with ATE test engineering for NPI.

Lead design, development, and qualification of advanced semiconductor packaging (flip-chip, WLP/FOWLP, 2.5D/3D, SiP, BGA/CSP). Define package architectures, drive technology selection, perform simulations (SI/PI, thermal, mechanical), develop assembly flows with OSATs, lead qualification and failure analysis, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating cross-functionally to ramp products to production.

Serve as a customer-facing guide to drive adoption, migration, retention, and expansion of Altium solutions. Support onboarding, cloud migration to Altium Develop, identify friction points, provide product feedback, and improve customer outcomes through consultative engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Serve as a customer-facing Experience Manager guiding evaluation, onboarding, adoption, migration, renewal, and expansion of Altium solutions. Drive retention, migrations to Altium Develop, product adoption, and actionable customer insights while collaborating cross-functionally.

The Senior Manager Sales will lead a sales team, drive revenue growth, develop strategic account plans, and maintain relationships with key customers.
