Lead development and execution of ATE test systems and programs for analog/digital/mixed-signal PMICs. Provide hands-on debug, instrumentation data collection, PCB parasitic reduction, and technical leadership across teams to meet test objectives and deliverables.

Lead system-level definition and roadmap for low-voltage GaN motor-drive ICs. Translate application requirements into IC specs and architectures, design and validate high-power prototypes and EVBs, run simulations and worst-case analyses, support tier-1 customers, and collaborate cross-functionally from silicon implementation to production readiness.

Lead test strategy and architecture for ATE platforms, define long-term roadmaps, design scalable hardware/software test frameworks, drive product qualification and yield optimization, mentor engineering staff, and manage foundry/vendor relationships to enable global production ramps.
