Manage contractual fulfillment and activation for a mid-level partner roster across MSG properties, delivering event activations, signage, hospitality, social/digital content, budgets, Salesforce tracking, performance recaps, upsell opportunities, and cross-departmental coordination to meet partner KPIs.

Lead procurement for venue operations including FF&E, vendor/service contracts, RFQs/RFPs, bidding, negotiation, budget tracking, and vendor management. Collaborate with venue management and stakeholders to optimize procure-to-pay processes, identify value engineering opportunities, maintain procurement databases, and ensure compliant, cost-effective sourcing for capital and operational projects.

The VP, Events and Experiences will lead the planning and execution of a diverse range of events while managing teams and ensuring high-quality experiences aligned with business objectives.

Lead contract drafting and administration, manage immigration compliance (visa petitions, I-9s, work authorization), advise on performance and employment matters, support employment litigation and discovery, coordinate with outside counsel, and maintain trackers to meet deadlines.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, delivering workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance and change management solutions. Leverage HR analytics and AI tools, collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement programs, ensure compliance, execute HR transactions accurately, and support organizational effectiveness and operational excellence across venues.

Support development and execution of Jr. Knicks youth basketball strategy and programs. Lead operations for camps, clinics, affiliates, equipment donations, and in-arena experiences. Manage registrations, on-site staff, stakeholder communications, budgets, data capture, and marketing/communications initiatives. Build community relationships, coordinate with marketing/ticketing/partnerships, and ensure excellent participant experiences. Must work nights and weekends.

Lead sourcing strategy across $300M+ in indirect spend, deliver cost savings and value creation, run complex RFPs/negotiations, manage strategic supplier relationships and performance, partner with senior stakeholders, improve procurement processes and governance, and mitigate supplier and contractual risk.

Support corporate accounting with monthly and quarterly close tasks including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations (cash, debt, fixed assets), expense allocations, monthly result reporting, auditor collaboration, preparation of quarterly tax deliverables, process improvements, and cross-functional liaison with AP/AR/Treasury/Tax/FP&A.
