Manages enterprise projects from scope definition through execution, testing, training, documentation, and go-live. Lead global import/export compliance for a multinational HVAC manufacturer: develop and enforce trade policies, ensure EAR/OFAC/CBP compliance, manage HTS/ECCN classification, duty mitigation, licensing, audits, training, and relationships with brokers and government authorities to minimize regulatory risk and support supply chain efficiency.

The Product Engineer performs design, layout, and testing of ASME pressure vessels, collaborates on product development, and supports existing product lines through modifications and analyses per ASME code.

Lead administration, support, and optimization of the ERP and related enterprise applications. Manage configurations, security, integrations (APIs/REST/EDI), environments, upgrades, reporting, and troubleshooting.
