Lead and manage the Solutions/Integration team to deliver electromechanical systems projects from concept through commissioning. Partner with Sales on scoping, estimating, and proposals; assign and track project leads; oversee design, prototyping, BOM and procurement; maintain shop operations and product knowledge; ensure customer communication and training; and develop team capabilities and continuous improvement.
