Designs high-performing static creative for paid and organic social campaigns, primarily Meta and Instagram, along with email marketing assets. Partners with brand, growth, and lifecycle teams to translate briefs and performance data into on-brand concepts, A/B variants, and iterative improvements. Maintains brand consistency across platforms, tracks creative trends, manages multiple deadlines, and performs light video editing, animation, and content repurposing.

Own US fulfillment end-to-end: manage 3PL relationships and warehouse performance, control inbound freight and costs, run inventory integrity and kitting, audit invoices, negotiate carriers, lead returns and reverse logistics, support international expansion and new fulfillment nodes, and partner with finance, data, and engineering to reduce errors and cost per order.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for product and feature launches. Partner cross-functionally with paid, lifecycle, retail, brand creative, product, and B2B teams to craft integrated campaigns, oversee organic social and community strategy, guide content and voice, run partner marketing, and optimize the rescue program to drive sales, engagement, and brand affinity.
