Fi is looking for a Director of Integrated Marketing to help lead how we bring products and campaigns to market and connect our brand to our audience across every channel, globally. You'll sit at the intersection of product marketing, brand strategy, organic social, community, and partnerships. It's built for someone who thrives on turning strategy into flawless execution across a lot of moving parts at once.
What You'll Do:
- Own the go-to-market process end-to-end, from strategic brief through launch, for new products, features, and initiatives
- Partner with cross-channel leads (paid, lifecycle, retail, etc.) to plan and execute campaigns that hit business goals
- Build and maintain a GTM framework and cadence that keeps teams aligned on timelines, positioning, and success metrics
- Partner with Brand Creative to shape and evolve brand strategy and craft campaigns that connect strategy to communications
- Partner with Product to bring software feature announcements and hardware launches to life through integrated campaigns that drive sales, engagement, and brand love
- Oversee organic social and community, setting the strategy and standard for how Fi shows up across these owned, non-paid environments
- Guide content strategy, voice, and community engagement to build a loyal, vocal Fi audience
- Work closely with the B2B team to develop partnership concepts and go-to-market plans
- Execute partner marketing campaigns from concept through launch and measurement
- Help optimize the performance of Fi's rescue program, partnering cross-functionally to grow its reach and impact
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including product marketing and/or integrated campaign management, with 2-3+ years in a people-leadership role
- Proven track record owning a GTM process from brief to launch, ideally for a consumer hardware, subscription, or DTC brand
- Experience managing or closely partnering with organic social and community teams
- Comfort working with B2B or partnerships teams to build and execute co-marketing campaigns
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align creative, brand, and channel teams around a single strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-informed decision-making, comfortable setting goals, tracking performance, and adjusting course

What We Do
Fi is rethinking the relationship between dogs and humans. We build products for your dog to live their best life. We are full of experienced, passionate people that have built and shipped outstanding products for Nest, Square, Google and Uber who all care about their dogs. Together, we're bringing a digital revolution to the dog space. Today's collars and leashes are relics from the past; nothing has changed since the 80's. We're using technology to improve the dog space and affect the lives of the 100 million dogs living in the US for the better. The hardest part about being a dog owner is they can't tell you when something is wrong. Fi aims to change that; even by knowing what their 'normal' day of activity is, we're already learning so much more about our dogs than we ever could before. And we're not stopping there. We're looking for people to join us who love a good challenge—and of course, dogs. We set the bar high at Fi. In our world, "impossible" means "let me find a way".
