Leads the Accounting Operations Reconciliation team, overseeing daily and monthly general ledger and deposit account reconciliations, review and sign-off, month-end close activities, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and banking compliance. Supervises and mentors staff, resolves client issues, supports implementations, researches accounting entries, and ensures accurate financial reporting under applicable regulations and accounting standards.

Oversee credit portfolio performance, monitor trends and risks, develop portfolio strategies, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, support stress testing and scenario analysis, and present recommendations to senior management. Serve as primary client touchpoint at the branch, perform banking transactions, open and maintain accounts, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve client inquiries, support office operations, refer clients to specialized services, and complete required licensing (NMLS) if applicable.

Supports the health, modernization, deployment, testing, and maintenance of organization-wide IT infrastructure. Troubleshoots incidents, monitors system performance and capacity, supports business applications and packages, resolves recurring issues, contributes to system design and complex projects, and provides technical support and escalation assistance to junior engineers.

Investigates suspected financial crimes and fraud by conducting enhanced due diligence, analyzing transactions and client backgrounds, collecting evidence, interviewing parties, documenting cases, calculating losses, preparing Suspicious Activity Reports, and escalating matters for recovery, closure, compliance review, or law enforcement referral. Assesses internal controls, identifies procedural weaknesses, supports fraud-prevention improvements, maintains regulatory records, and protects sensitive investigation information.

Provides comprehensive client service in a banking office, handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, account openings, maintenance, wires, debit cards, safe deposit support, compliance, fraud-risk decisions, operational reporting, and referrals to specialized financial services. Supports the Office Leader and team while ensuring accurate, efficient service and adherence to banking regulations and firm policies.

Serves as a primary client contact in a banking office, handling transactions, account openings, maintenance, wires, debit cards, safe deposit services, research, and client inquiries. Ensures compliance with banking regulations and firm policies, manages operational reports, supports office leadership, resolves issues, and refers clients to specialized financial services including investments, insurance, trust, and treasury management.

Manage a portfolio of business and individual clients, provide lending and deposit products, analyze borrower creditworthiness, structure and approve loans, ensure regulatory compliance, and cross-sell financial services. Develop new banking relationships through prospecting and referrals, support clients’ financial planning and investment needs, refer specialized services, maintain product knowledge, and deliver high-quality client service.

Oversee the data reporting function, lead and mentor analysts, establish reporting standards, ensure data accuracy and timeliness, translate business needs into dashboards and reports, improve data quality and workflow automation, and present insights to stakeholders and senior management.
