Supports treasury management clients through onboarding, implementation, training, servicing, issue resolution, and system testing. The role implements treasury products, ensures accurate pricing, partners with operations, IT, advisors, and financial advisors, and identifies opportunities to support client financial needs. Responsibilities include servicing online banking, ACH, wire transfer, positive pay, remote deposit, and related treasury services while maintaining regulatory and procedural compliance.

Manages affluent individual and business client portfolios, develops new banking relationships, analyzes and approves loans, structures credit terms, cross-sells deposits and investment products, and provides tailored financial solutions. The role requires maintaining credit quality, complying with banking regulations, referring clients to specialty teams, and delivering high-quality service while meeting business development goals.

Leads treasury management operations, including cash management solutions, liquidity optimization, banking relationships, product implementation, client issue resolution, regulatory compliance, and process improvement. Manages and develops treasury staff, oversees performance processes, collaborates with finance, accounting, technology, and HR, and presents operational metrics and recommendations to senior leadership. Supports clients’ broader financial needs and ensures risk policies and service standards are met.

Manages a portfolio of business and individual banking clients, develops new relationships, analyzes borrower creditworthiness, structures and approves loans, and ensures regulatory and credit-policy compliance. Provides deposit, investment, treasury management, and financial planning solutions; cross-sells products, manages client issues, negotiates credit terms, and refers clients to specialty departments. Requires strong knowledge of commercial and consumer lending, banking regulations, client service, business development, and financial analysis.

Provides in-person and telephone banking service, processes deposits, withdrawals, payments, account openings, wires, debit cards, and other account services. Resolves client issues, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, manages operational reports, evaluates fraud and loss risks, supports office leadership, and identifies opportunities to refer clients to trust, investment, insurance, and treasury specialists.

Manages SBA-guaranteed lending operations, including loan boarding, payments, payoffs, modifications, reconciliations, portfolio reporting, and SBA 1502 submissions. Provides client service and financial guidance, supports lending transactions and loan sales, ensures regulatory compliance, and refers clients to banking specialists. Requires strong knowledge of SBA procedures, banking regulations, loan documentation, accounting controls, and financial services operations.

Supports Financial Advisors by processing and servicing loans, opening and maintaining deposit accounts, monitoring portfolio risk, ensuring data accuracy, resolving client issues, and complying with banking regulations. The role prepares loan documents, closes and disburses proceeds, clears collateral exceptions, monitors delinquencies and maturities, coordinates recurring actions with advisors and credit analysts, and refers clients to specialized financial services.

Leads business technology product strategy by aligning stakeholder needs with technology roadmaps and organizational priorities. Translates requirements into user stories, manages backlogs, coordinates delivery and vendors, monitors product performance, and supports implementation, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement. Ensures products comply with regulatory, risk, privacy, audit, and information security requirements while communicating outcomes and risks to business and technology stakeholders.

Serves treasury management clients by implementing and supporting banking services, onboarding and training users, resolving issues, managing pricing and limits, testing system enhancements, and partnering with advisors, operations, and IT. Requires extensive financial services and treasury management experience, knowledge of banking regulations, strong client service, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. May also coach team members and support performance management and human resources activities.

May require NMLS registration and fingerprinting under the SAFE Act.
