Manages territory sales from prospecting and market research through presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Facilitates cross-functional workshops, defines performance metrics, monitors process effectiveness, and communicates risks and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Leads enterprise application, integration, information, and business process architecture. Defines application roadmaps, integration patterns, APIs, data models, governance standards, modernization strategies, and secure platform designs. Partners with business and technology teams to guide system selection, workflow automation, data quality, architecture reviews, and transformation initiatives. Communicates trade-offs, facilitates cross-functional decisions, and oversees architecture from discovery through implementation and operational transition.

Collects, cleans, integrates, and analyzes business data; develops Power BI dashboards, reports, models, pipelines, and data quality controls. Translates business needs into analytical solutions, identifies trends and recommendations, validates results, supports migrations and modernization, and explores AI and machine learning use cases. Partners with technical and nontechnical stakeholders while documenting data lineage, assumptions, governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices.

Leads wholesale strategy, growth planning, strategic partnerships, commercial deal support, pricing coordination, sales process improvement, CRM and marketplace enablement, contract coordination, and team development. Analyzes revenue, margin, pipeline, partner, and market data to guide decisions. Coordinates with Product, Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, Operations, and Delivery teams while managing carrier, buyer, supplier, and last-mile relationships.
