The role requires strong communication, organization, product knowledge, customer service, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Leads the design, development, fabrication, deployment, validation, documentation, and support of manufacturing test systems, fixtures, hardware, and software. Collaborates with product development teams and global manufacturing partners to improve test reliability, reduce testing time and cost, and integrate testing strategies into product design. Provides technical guidance to peers, technicians, and overseas partners.

Supports global treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, banking administration, payments, intercompany funding, treasury systems, controls, compliance, reporting, and working capital initiatives. Partners with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Treasury leadership, and banking partners while improving processes, automation, and operational efficiency.

Supports sales operations, enablement, partner relationships, incentive and compensation programs, onboarding, channel growth, and sales process optimization. Develops playbooks and training materials with Marketing, tracks program performance, maintains reporting, and provides sales administration and project management support. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Supports technical accounting, U.S. GAAP application, accounting policy research, journal entries, reconciliations, SEC filings, audits, new accounting standard implementation, and SOX controls. Collaborates with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Investor Relations, and external auditors on public company reporting and non-routine transactions involving stock compensation, leases, and debt.
