Partner with Palm Beach and Wellington agents to develop and execute luxury marketing strategies, drive adoption of the Home Platform, deliver training and change management, manage one direct report, oversee marketing operations, vendor relationships, campaigns, and ensure brand standards and high-touch client service.

The Immigration Specialist manages nonimmigrant and immigrant visa cases, collaborates with stakeholders, updates on immigration issues, and ensures compliance with policies. Responsibilities include data audits, project management, and team collaboration.

Manage full-cycle recruiting partnering with hiring leaders: intake, sourcing, interviewing, candidate engagement, offers, and talent pipeline building. Advise managers, use data to improve hiring, and collaborate across TA and HR.

Prepare, maintain, and analyze client-ready reports and dashboards; support account management with data integrity, policy audits, and supplier invoice audits; research and resolve client billing inquiries, manage AR and fee adjustments; participate in cross-functional projects and create process efficiencies and client-facing presentations.

Manage real estate closings from contract review through funding: verify documents and titles, coordinate with lenders, agents, and vendors, train assistants, build agent relationships, and be present at closings to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant transactions.

Provide in-office, tech-focused support to agents and branch leaders: troubleshoot systems, manage office operations, assist onboarding and marketing (social media and in-house tools), coordinate events, and support agent recruitment and recognition. Serve as a collaborative point of contact across operational teams to improve processes and ensure a positive office culture.

Support franchise sales pipeline and deal execution by coordinating prospect engagement, scheduling, logistics, and cross-functional readiness. Maintain CRM data, prepare materials, collaborate with virtual assistants and teams (legal, finance), identify process bottlenecks, and improve pipeline visibility and conversion efficiency for sales leadership.
