Support and maintain Workday reporting and HR data accuracy. Create ad-hoc reports, update organizational structures, perform Workday functional testing, submit regulatory reports, audit data quality, maintain user QRCs, triage ticket log, update HR/benefits documents, and support year-end HR activities while handling confidential data.

Compile, manage, and execute attorney billing: create and approve proformas, generate and distribute invoices, configure and maintain e-billing sites (eBillingHub, 3E), resolve e-billing disputes, ensure compliance with billing policies and client requirements, prepare billing analyses and reports, and communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients while maintaining confidentiality.

Ensure firmwide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Monitor legislative changes, update policies and handbooks, manage I-9/E-Verify and HRIS recordkeeping, conduct audits, support agency responses, deliver compliance training, and partner with HR and business leaders to mitigate risk.

Provide desk-side hardware and software support, video conference and basic network help, and handheld device support. Perform Tier 1/2 troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and firm applications; create/update helpdesk tickets; assist engineers and participate in on-call/after-hours support.

Coordinate and execute lateral partner recruiting activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications and conflicts, tracking candidates in systems, assisting recruiting leadership with research and market analysis, and supporting day-of logistics and onboarding mentorship selection.

Lead and scale the firmwide knowledge management program: define KM strategy, governance, and AI-ready content; manage KM attorneys; partner with practice leaders and cross-functional teams to improve findability, reusable work product, workflow integration, and measurement of KM impact.

Support execution of business development initiatives including events, pitch books, proposals, research, content administration, CRM updates, marketing communications, and practice group coordination. Own assigned projects from strategy through tactical execution and follow-up, prepare materials, track experience and directory submissions, and assist with client and internal communications.

Administer and lead strategy for the firm's LexisNexis InterAction CRM, overseeing configuration, data governance, integrations, reporting (PowerBI), migrations, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, training, and user adoption to support business development and client-focused initiatives.
