Manage and oversee the IT Help Desk team, supervise four desktop/helpdesk staff, handle procurement and deployment, vendor management, inventory, troubleshooting of hardware/software/connectivity, set up new employee workstations, and provide executive remote employee support.

Manage and coach a team of 10+ fraud and dispute agents, monitor daily workloads and performance, enforce regulatory compliance (FDCPA, Reg Z), implement policies, conduct quality and telephone monitoring, hire and evaluate staff, and coordinate with law enforcement on fraud claims.

Conduct needs assessments, develop curriculum, manage training calendar, provide continuing education and refresher programs, and coordinate training initiatives. Travel up to 20%.

Process customer payments, research and resolve unidentified payments and overpayments, prepare refunds, perform payment investigations, and reconcile daily posting totals while maintaining accurate records and strong customer service.
