Support daily finance and business operations for the Athletic Department including reconciling accounts, reviewing purchase requisitions and expense vouchers, assisting with monthly projections and budget preparation, monitoring budgets and coding, and ensuring compliance with University, Conference, and NCAA policies.

Provide data collection, validation, and routine analysis to support institutional reporting, surveys, and ad hoc requests. Plan and execute media relations, social and digital content, and communications for assigned sports. Produce written materials (recaps, previews, features), publications, manage website and historical records, coordinate game-day press operations, handle media requests, supervise student workers, and support marketing collaboration.

Provide comprehensive pre-award and post-award research administration support for an assigned faculty portfolio. Advise on sponsor requirements, prepare proposals and budgets, manage awards, ensure compliance and financial stewardship, coordinate with central offices, deliver training, and participate in process improvement.

Manage communications and media relations for Louisville Baseball and assigned sports: create written and visual content, write releases, produce publications, maintain website and historical records, oversee press operations, handle media requests, manage social and digital media, supervise student workers, and coordinate event communications.

Manage bids and supplier contracts, conduct supplier reviews and spend analysis, ensure contract compliance and audits, review sole-source purchases and MOAs, identify commodity needs, liaise between departments and external entities, approve transactions in Workday Financials, assist with e-procurement upgrades, and advise on state statute impacts.

Full-time, non-tenure track faculty to teach face-to-face undergraduate and graduate accounting courses (various topics). Responsibilities include curriculum development, course coordination/lead instructor duties, AACSB assurance and accreditation activities, committee and service work, and contributing to teaching and (optionally) scholarly productivity. Appointment rank (Instructor, Assistant Term, Associate Term) depends on credentials and experience.
