Manage day-to-day operations of the university softball program including team and coach travel, vendor contracts, budgeting and reconciliations, game-day and event coordination, marketing/social media support, alumni/donor engagement, and compliance with NCAA/ACC/university rules. Provide design, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance for Workday Procure-to-Pay. Partner with stakeholders to optimize processes, build reports, support releases, and document systems. Serve as primary contact for end users and drive process improvements through data analysis.

Serve as Workday Grants & Customer Accounts/Contracts subject-matter analyst: design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday solutions; build reports and calc fields; support releases and regression testing; analyze business processes and data to propose improvements; coordinate with stakeholders and Workday support; document systems and assist BI with reporting needs.

Manage and administer the university's central research computing infrastructure, including supercomputing clusters, storage, networking, and specialized research software. Install and tune systems, configure SLURM, support faculty and researchers with code optimization, assist with hardware procurement, ensure secure handling of protected data (on-prem and GCP), and support grant proposal development and vendor interactions.

Administer and improve the university's Fischer IGA platform and identity lifecycle processes. Configure provisioning, deprovisioning, approvals, role modeling, certifications, and integrations with HR, student, directory, ERP, and cloud systems. Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, coordinate vendor support, support audits and access reviews, create documentation and runbooks, participate in upgrades and automation initiatives, and provide tier 2/3 IAM support.
