Designs, delivers, and maintains onboarding and training programs for distribution center non-exempt roles. Facilitates training sessions, assesses learning performance, measures training effectiveness, updates training materials, investigates operational errors to recommend training improvements, maintains documentation and reports, partners with Operations, and performs clerical audits to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, video tutorials, and workshop materials for stores, distribution centers, and corporate teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business processes into engaging training, and ensure materials align with company standards to support a consistent learning culture.

Lead and manage store Freight, Stocking, and Warehouse teams. Oversee receiving, staging, stocking, yard operations, returns, pick/pack/ship, staffing with HR, and coach team members to ensure process execution and merchandising standards.

Lead and grow Fleet Farm's drop ship program by managing supplier strategy, onboarding, fulfillment performance, inventory availability, and supplier scorecards. Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, eCommerce, Supply Chain, IT, Customer Service, and Finance to launch suppliers, improve fulfillment, build scalable processes, and use data to drive operational improvements and customer experience.

The Ecommerce Integration Developer will manage integrations between ecommerce platforms and enterprise systems, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and collaborate on technical solutions while maintaining documentation and reporting.

The Compensation Manager will manage pay programs, conduct market analyses, produce reports, and communicate with stakeholders to align compensation strategies across the organization.

Manage daily marketing and pricing tasks: prepare promotional materials, ensure pricing accuracy, support Zone Leads, maintain marketing collateral and social media presence, execute seasonal signage, conduct price audits, and promote loyalty programs.
