Serve as a flexible, experienced underwriter covering pipelines across teams, absorbing overflow, reviewing post-closing files, correcting Workday time issues, underwriting all agency products to guidelines, and communicating pipeline status while maintaining quality and compliance in a remote environment.

Produce on-brand creative assets across digital, print, and large-format channels. Translate briefs into production-ready designs, maintain visual consistency, manage revisions, follow workflows, and collaborate with copywriters, project managers, and marketing teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Provide back-office administrative support including document production, record-keeping, calendar and travel coordination, expense reporting, mail management, database updates, and handling phone inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and resolving operational questions for an assigned work group.

Contact inbound/outbound leads, gather borrower information, qualify prospects, schedule appointments, document activity in CRM, manage high call volume, support loan officers, and pursue mortgage licensing.

Evaluate borrower files, validate income/assets/credit, run DU/LPA, determine loan eligibility and recommend appropriate loan programs, prepare pre-approval packages, and communicate results to borrowers and Realtors while maintaining CRM records.

Use data and system activity to predict Loan Officer attrition, build dashboards and executive reports, partner with leadership to design and evaluate retention strategies, perform stay/exit interviews and targeted outreach, and collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations to resolve engagement and retention issues.

Lead late-stage recruiting to attract and convert high-producing Mortgage Loan Officers. Own offer negotiations and candidate closing, partner with leadership to create competitive, customized offers, leverage production data and market intelligence, track closing metrics, and ensure smooth onboarding.
