Plan, execute, and optimize SEO and local search strategies to boost loan officer and corporate visibility. Maintains knowledge of agency and investor guidelines, identifies salability and warehouse-line risks, prepares post-consummation disclosures and refund checks, and tracks condition status through investor sites and the loan origination system.
