Lead and coordinate complex corporate action transactions from planning through execution. Serve as primary client contact, interpret legal and regulatory documents, design transaction solutions, manage timelines, funding and billing, and support post-transaction activities and process improvements while ensuring stakeholder communication and client satisfaction.

Deploys, maintains, and optimizes core IT infrastructure ensuring availability, security, compliance and performance. Responsibilities include provisioning storage and SAN, managing backups and recovery (Rubrik), virtualization, patching, incident/problem/change management, automation, documentation, vendor collaboration, and disaster recovery support to meet SLAs and audit requirements.

Provide empathetic, accurate phone and digital customer support for shareholder accounts, resolve routine to complex inquiries, follow procedures, use company systems, and collaborate with teammates. Participate in hybrid training and work primarily from the Louisville office.

In this role, you'll lead product marketing initiatives, develop go-to-market strategies, perform market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and optimize marketing campaigns.

Execute shareholder account transactions (transfers, purchases/sells, name/address maintenance) with accuracy and efficiency. Review processing feedback, follow policies and procedures, escalate complex inquiries, complete compliance training, and work overtime during peak volumes to meet service level agreements.

Lead strategy and implementation of modern workspace identity services (Entra ID/Azure AD, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access). Design solutions, drive M365 identity transformation, manage stakeholders and vendors, lead change adoption, mentor identity engineers, track KPIs, ensure compliance and continuous optimization across a global enterprise.
