Manages a portfolio of corporate clients as the primary contact, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, issue resolution, and timely fulfillment of purchased services. Coordinates internal teams, client activities, transactions, projects, renewals, invoicing, funding, and collections. Manage technical SEO, site structure, content optimization, paid campaigns, budgets, and performance dashboards. Translate analytics into actionable recommendations, collaborate with content and design teams, monitor emerging search/AI trends, and align digital initiatives with business priorities to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Execute daily client fund investments, wires, and FX trades in line with policies; reconcile transactions; maintain treasury records and reporting; analyze positions and support yield optimization; assist with ad hoc analysis and process-improvement projects; collaborate with Front/Middle/Back Office to ensure operational excellence and data integrity.

Serves as a trusted advisor to issuer clients on proxy contests, M&A, corporate actions, shareholder engagement, meetings, and special situations. Leads client engagements, develops new business, expands revenue, manages deliverables, and provides data-driven corporate governance advice. Builds relationships with executives, investors, attorneys, bankers, and other advisors while leading client-service teams and managing high-pressure events.

Process and safeguard shareholder documents and personal information by sorting mail, reviewing legal documents, prioritizing transactions, scanning and archiving records, ticketing packages, cancelling securities, validating checks, and preparing correspondence. The role also involves operating mail-opening, metering, scanning, printing, copying, and imaging equipment while following SEC regulations, client procedures, and document-destruction policies.

Manage entity data services for assigned clients, maintaining accurate records, reports, organizational charts, and governance information. Coordinate client communications, data entry, document uploads, system configuration, and new-client integrations. Provide subject matter expertise, resolve data-related issues, support global projects, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires frequent review of legal documents, careful information extraction, organization, and attention to detail.
