Provides first-level customer support for account, billing, connectivity, and basic technical issues. Handles inbound calls, troubleshoots Tier I problems, documents interactions, updates customer records, upsells services, meets performance metrics, and escalates complex matters. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, computer, and multitasking skills, along with availability for variable shifts, overnights, weekends, holidays, and mandatory virtual training.

Provides in-person, chat, and phone customer support for payments, account changes, equipment returns, billing questions, service inquiries, and basic connectivity troubleshooting. Explains products and billing information, resolves concerns through active listening and problem solving, escalates issues when needed, and supports customer retention and performance goals. Requires flexibility for extended hours, occasional travel between locations, prolonged standing, and lifting up to 35 pounds.

Drive subscriber growth and product penetration through in-person, field-based sales in assigned MDU communities. Conduct door-to-door outreach, community events, and property engagement; onboard customers; manage orders in ICOMS; partner with account managers and property teams to upsell, support launches, and improve customer experience.

Lead revenue operations and analytics to ensure accurate reporting, scalable systems, and cross-functional execution. Build executive dashboards, drive revenue planning and forecasting, optimize CRM and reporting tools, manage sales compensation and GTM processes, and lead initiatives to improve conversion, reduce timelines, and support executive decision-making.
