The Sr. Accounting Analyst will manage operational accounting activities, ensure accuracy of reconciliations, oversee treasury, payroll, and fixed asset accounting, and enhance operational controls and processes.

Lead budgeting, forecasting and fixed-cost analysis for the unit. Manage a local sales portfolio by building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and selling complex elevator/escalator/door solutions, using CRM and sales methodologies, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting sales targets and incentive goals.

Lead financial analysis and reporting for the Northeast district, providing insights to guide leadership decisions. Manage forecasting, planning, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve business results, ensure alignment with company standards, and support financial operations using advanced Excel and financial systems.

Support Legal and Risk teams by identifying, implementing, and managing legal technology and analytics solutions. Deliver Power Platform automations, source data from lakehouse platforms, troubleshoot systems, create dashboards, and collaborate with Legal, Risk, IT, and vendors to optimize contract, claims, e-discovery, and risk workflows.

Sell building modernization solutions by developing relationships with property managers, owners, and reps; manage a local territory and projects through completion; collaborate with operations and internal stakeholders; use CRM and solution-selling methods; handle long sales cycles (1-2 years).

Provide administrative support for a service branch including reporting, scheduling, onboarding assistance, and customer-facing communications via phone, email, and in-person. Manage multiple tasks, collaborate across the organization, and use office tools (Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM).
