Drive revenue and new customer acquisition for Biocare reagents and instrumentation across clinical, research, pharma, and biotech pathology labs. Manage territory sales activities, demos, quotations, contracts, forecasts, and CRM/BI analysis to meet quotas and grow profitable instrument placements. Define and govern future-state SAP S/4HANA enterprise architecture for Finance or Supply Chain. Lead fit-to-standard and clean-core decisions, boundary application strategy, custom-code rationalization, integration alignment, and target-state design. Partner with business and IT stakeholders, use tools such as LeanIX to visualize dependencies, and prepare executive-ready architecture recommendations. The role is hybrid, requiring three days onsite and two days remote.

Coordinates field service scheduling across an assigned geography, optimizing engineers and service partners for installations, repairs, and maintenance. Responsibilities include confirming service orders, managing response times, tracking resource availability, resolving shortages, rescheduling assignments, communicating with customers and stakeholders, and improving planning processes. The role supports customer satisfaction, productivity, cost reduction, and retention while arranging complex services with minimal supervision.

Develop and maintain advanced inventory and supply planning models, inventory optimization targets, scenario analyses, dashboards, and KPIs. Use Python, SQL, BI tools, predictive modeling, and machine learning to support supply planning, S&OE/S&OP, demand-supply coverage, capacity constraints, and inventory health. Partner with planning teams to improve data quality, automation, governance, model reliability, and executive decision-making.
