Drives go-to-market execution for Nexperia’s analog semiconductor portfolio by creating technical launch collateral, sales enablement materials, digital content, webinars, and competitive positioning. Partners with engineering, product management, marketing, sales, distributors, and customers to translate product performance into market messaging, support design wins, maintain sales portals and web content, and provide customer and competitive insights for portfolio and roadmap decisions.

Develop application solutions, evaluation boards, demos, reference designs, application notes, user guides, and test procedures for semiconductor products. Support design-win efforts, customer application challenges, product launches, competitor benchmarking, and technical presentations. The role requires deep analog IC expertise, laboratory debugging and validation skills, strong customer communication, and collaboration across global teams.

Drive go-to-market activities for Power Management semiconductor products, including technical collateral, NPI launch readiness, webinars, digital content, website and sales portal ownership. Develop competitive positioning, gather customer and market intelligence, support design wins, and influence product roadmaps. Collaborate globally with product management, applications engineering, systems engineering, sales, and regional marketing teams.

Owns global relationships and revenue growth for Flex and Jabil, including account planning, OEM alignment, negotiations, forecasting, supply allocation, customer issue resolution, and design-win development. The role partners with global supply chain, commodity, planning, and design teams to expand semiconductor business. It requires strong commercial expertise, communication, problem-solving, and international matrix collaboration, with up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Develop analog and mixed-signal power management ICs, including switching regulators, load switches, and LDOs. Define architectures, model system behavior, and design chips at the transistor level. Provide technical leadership, guide physical design and layout, define product specifications with marketing, and collaborate with validation, product, and test engineering teams through production transfer.

Develops ATE test programs and hardware for new semiconductor products, including DC-DC converters, e-fuses, ideal diodes, and load switches. Defines test strategies, assesses test risks, releases testing to production sites, and supports volume ramp-up. Responsibilities include test quality and yield, data and documentation management, test cost estimation, efficiency improvements, peer reviews, problem solving, and collaboration with design and site engineering teams.

Build, maintain, and improve IC EDA design environment; support tool installation, licensing, and design data management; guide designers on compute/resource usage; develop tape-out methodologies meeting DFM and foundry requirements; cross-train and collaborate internationally with EDA and design teams to debug analog simulations and ensure manufacturable power-management IC designs.

Manage strategic account activities: track design opportunities, order samples, support pricing and proposals with FAE, create customer-focused PowerPoint presentations, and assist Account Director with account attack plans. Support multiple opportunities and provide technical product training. Up to 15% travel; telecommuting within commuting distance permitted.

Provide technical support and training for analog and power-management ICs, build relationships with design engineers and distributors, support marketing and technical content, create application schematics, demo boards and simulations, and help grow the ICS design pipeline across the Americas.

Define and drive product requirements and roadmaps for power path ICs (dc-dc converters, hot-swap controllers). Perform market and competitive analysis, translate system/customer needs into IC specifications, interface with customers and cross-functional teams, build business cases/ROI, and support NPI, training, and commercialization activities for automotive, industrial, and server markets.
