EMS Account Director
Position Overview:
This person will be reporting directly to the VP of Sales Americas. You will be the interface between Nexperia and two of our key EMS accounts (Flex and Jabil) global organizations, achieving above-market revenue and shared growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and grow Flex and Jabil revenue as direct-supplied accounts
- Account plan creation and regular updating
- Target key OEMs behind EMS revenue and align global commercial approach
- Attend QBR’s and negotiations globally
- Provide quarterly internal communications to Business Group leadership
- Provide allocation and supply support to CSR and planner teams
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Forecasting and long-term planning
- Building relationships with respective Global Commodity and Supply Chain teams
- Building relationships with EMS design site decision-makers
- Increase ODM design activity and design wins
Skills needed:
- Commercial go-to-market expertise, understanding the purchase-authority value of EMS within the purchasing and supply chain
- Ability to succeed in cross-functional and international matrixed organizations, working collaboratively to achieve mutual goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to be used across organizational levels
- A problem solver and creative solutions finder
- Enjoyment of connecting people and companies supporting mutual success.
Specifications:
- 10+ years’ technical semiconductor sales or Account Management experience working with channel partners and customers
- Strong understanding of the role a channel partner plays in the supply chain
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
- Located within the United States
