What you will do
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the IC EDA design environment
- Guiding design team on how to efficiently utilize available compute resources
- Provide tool installation, licensing support and design data management
- Advocate for modern best-practices in EDA flow and cross-train IC design designers
- Developing methodologies for IC tape-out tasks to ensure DFM and foundry requirements
- Work closely across organizations with EDA colleagues internationally
Skills and Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 7+ Years of EDA experience within a semiconductor environment
- Experience in analog circuit design and simulation debugging capabilities
- Strong understanding of analog and power management circuit design principles.
- Proficiency with simulation tools such as Cadence or Spice.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on analog circuit design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
