The Production Engineer will support optical alignment and metrology processes in the Cleanroom, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and assist with manufacturing procedures, focusing on quality improvements and production efficiency.

The First Line Support Production Engineer provides troubleshooting support in a cleanroom environment, documenting issues, managing disturbances, and collaborating for continuous improvement. Responsibilities include real-time problem-solving, SPC tracking, and maintaining communication with cross-functional teams.

Use HR and TA data to generate insights and visualizations (Tableau, Workday, Excel) that inform talent acquisition strategy, forecast workforce needs, define TA KPIs, advise stakeholders, drive process improvements, and deliver analytics tools and reports to improve recruitment, retention, diversity, and operational efficiency.

Create clear, user-focused technical documentation for ASML lithography equipment. Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, translators and illustrators; use CMS and XML tools, test and get safety approvals, and maintain standards for cleanroom and export-controlled environments. On-site role in Wilton, CT with occasional limited remote flexibility.

Develop and execute module and system-level test plans for hard real-time embedded control systems. Create test cases, run lab experiments on laser electro-mechanical systems, analyze results, report defects, participate in requirements and design reviews, and collaborate with developers to drive root-cause fixes and test automation.
