Provide day-to-day Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD). Manage operational tickets, monitor system health, enforce security/compliance (Conditional Access, DLP, sensitivity labels, Defender), assist provisioning/license tasks, document activities, escalate complex issues, and support a compliance initiative in a hybrid on-prem AD environment.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade React + TypeScript applications. Own front-end performance, responsiveness, and security; integrate with .NET/Azure backends; mentor junior developers; perform code reviews and debugging; modernize legacy apps; collaborate with designers, offshore teams, and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies.

Lead SAP Basis/HANA efforts including cluster management, apply SAP best practices, and align cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS requirements with business processes. Provide technical leadership, clear communication with executives and clients, prioritize tasks, analyze technical/business impacts, and rapidly learn functional and technical concepts.

Hands-on lead developer/technical architect responsible for coding (.NET Core/.NET 8+), designing Azure-first architectures, building microservices and APIs, implementing Azure PaaS services and monitoring, performing code reviews and mentoring, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating delivery with onshore/offshore teams.

Provide Level-1 and Level-2 remote helpdesk support and occasional onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, triage routing/switching and Active Directory/DHCP/DNS problems, document incidents and procedures, manage customer networks, participate in on-call rotation, and escalate or follow up as needed.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI platforms. Preprocess and analyze large datasets, implement scalable cloud-based solutions, integrate models into applications, monitor and optimize model performance, document code and processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.
