Owns daily operations and customer relationships for a strategic account. Supervise administrative staff and oversee daily office operations supporting final-mile delivery. Manage communications, customer inquiries, route monitoring, driver support, supplies, vendors, policies, facility maintenance, staff training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. Partner with location management to maintain compliant, efficient operations and achieve customer and client satisfaction.

Serve as primary HR partner for assigned business units, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, and engagement. Conduct investigations, recommend corrective actions, support HR programs and workforce planning, analyze HR metrics, and drive culture and change initiatives while ensuring consistent application of policies and employment law.

Manage assigned transportation customer accounts, resolve service issues, monitor orders and accessorial charges, support collections, and coordinate with internal operations teams. Analyze account metrics to recommend transportation solutions, improve on-time performance and network efficiency, minimize customer costs, manage container pools, and protect company profitability. Communicate with shippers and consignees regarding exceptions and problem resolution while maintaining service quality.
