Leads the design, development, modernization, testing, deployment, and support of business-critical applications. The role owns application support, database design, production issue triage, documentation, code reviews, quality practices, and CI/CD delivery. It collaborates with product owners and cross-functional teams, mentors and directs software engineers, contributes to hiring, and leads medium to large projects using full-stack development, Agile methods, and modern software engineering practices.

Leads daily supply chain and logistics operations, monitoring carriers, suppliers, transportation needs, KPIs, budgets, and customer requirements. Develops corrective action and continuous improvement plans, resolves operational issues, manages vendors, and coordinates project execution. Supervises employees, supports staffing and succession planning, mentors team members, and communicates performance to customers and leadership. Requires supply chain experience, supervisory ability, analytical and communication skills, financial knowledge, and willingness to travel as needed.

Support branch operations by managing accounts receivable, billing, fleet licensing and vendor coordination, payroll and personnel files. Use Qlikview/AS400 for process analysis and reporting, recommend process improvements, and provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders to support branch profitability.

Supports operational excellence initiatives through industrial engineering tasks: data organization, analysis, visualization, process mapping, time studies, SOP and documentation creation, and process automation to identify and reduce waste. Develops dashboards, performs analytics, and delivers findings and recommendations.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, optimization, and evolution of the Oracle HCM platform, with emphasis on the HCM Help Desk, Tier 0 self-service, and emerging agentic AI capabilities. The role manages product backlogs, requirements, configurations, user acceptance testing, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder adoption. It also leads a team of HRIS analysts, establishes performance goals, and drives continuous improvement across a complex enterprise HR technology environment.

Lead and coordinate the annual business plan across 800+ locations and 150+ departments; manage uploads and validation of financial data to AS/400; prepare recurring and ad-hoc FP&A reports, board slide packages, capital forecasts, and overhead reports; deliver training, liaise with MIS and field finance, and drive process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy.

Design, develop, test, deploy and support full-stack applications; troubleshoot production issues; design database schemas; write unit/UI tests and use CI/CD; collaborate with product owners; mentor and review junior/offshore engineers.

Lead HR systems integration efforts, gather and document functional/technical requirements, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, define data flows, oversee cutover and project timelines, maintain data governance and HR data catalog, and produce FDDs/BRDs/TDDs and other technical documentation.
