Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree
- 2+ years customer service or financial administrative experience
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience using QlikView or AS400
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Competent written and verbal communication skills
- Agile and quick learner; willing to engage in continuous education and collaborative projects
