Leads marketing strategy and daily operations for the USC Alumni Association, developing integrated campaigns that increase alumni awareness, participation, and engagement. Oversees marketing planning, calendars, brand standards, budgets, vendors, audience segmentation, performance measurement, and optimization across digital, email, web, social, and other channels. Supervises and develops staff, collaborates with university stakeholders, and evaluates emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Provides administrative and operational support for academic research centers and institutes. Coordinates events, seminars, conferences, travel, catering, communications, meetings, records, and stakeholder inquiries. Supports budget administration through transaction processing, expenditure tracking, account reconciliation, and financial reporting. Coordinates student worker recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and training while managing multiple timelines and changing priorities.

Support finance for sponsored and non-sponsored research: prepare and finalize project budgets and justifications, review/approve expenditures, liaise with PIs and Office of Sponsored Research, create forecasts and reports, assist contract closeouts and audits, ensure compliance with university and government policies, and lead process improvements.

Manages a university admission recruitment territory, represents USC through outreach and presentations, guides prospective students and families, advises school partners, interviews applicants, evaluates applications, analyzes territory trends, and develops recruitment strategies aligned with enrollment goals and diversity objectives.

The Vice President of Federal Relations leads USC’s federal government affairs strategy, advocacy, and Washington, D.C. relationships. The role advises senior university leadership on legislative, regulatory, appropriations, funding, and political matters; represents USC with Congress, federal agencies, and national associations; coordinates advocacy across academic and research stakeholders; and connects university leaders with policymakers. The VP manages a three-person team, budget, consultants, and vendors, registers as a federal lobbyist, ensures lobbying compliance, and travels to Los Angeles four to six times annually.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support for USC Enrollment Management. Responsibilities include coordinating administrative workflows, maintaining databases and records, preparing correspondence and reports, handling confidential information, screening inquiries, supporting events, contracts, grants, budgets, purchasing, and office operations, and guiding staff or student workers. The role requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, discretion, customer service, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Supports payroll tax compliance and accounting activities, including reviewing records, reconciling accounts, researching discrepancies, preparing adjustments and reports, and maintaining audit documentation. The role researches payroll tax issues, monitors regulatory changes, supports filings and reporting deadlines, provides customer service, and helps test and implement AI-enabled automation and accounting process improvements. Work is hybrid and includes periodic blackout periods during peak payroll processing and compliance cycles.

Provide paralegal support to attorneys at the University of Southern California, managing litigation, coordinating legal work, maintaining documents, and conducting legal research.

Provides comprehensive HR support for designated university departments, including employee relations, investigations, recruiting, faculty contracts, performance management, compensation and benefits, onboarding, HRIS transactions, leaves, and organizational development. Advises employees and managers, coordinates with central HR on payroll and employment changes, supports reorganizations, conducts team needs assessments, and develops solutions to improve engagement and performance.
