Lead all aspects of the Mann School's comprehensive fundraising program, securing major and transformational gifts, developing donor strategies, stewarding relationships, overseeing development operations and staff, translating scientific research into philanthropic opportunities, and partnering with university leadership to meet strategic priorities.

Provide administrative support to academic departments within the Dornsife hub: manage office duties, guide faculty/staff/students, screen calls, process budget and purchasing transactions, order supplies, maintain equipment, and protect confidential information.

Manage customer lifecycle for the university's MOSIS chip fabrication service: process NDAs, quotes, POs, and invoices; act as primary customer contact; drive day-to-day issue resolution; prepare reports and recommend process improvements with IT and commercial teams.

Lead communications and development for the Institute for Advanced Catholic Studies, overseeing fundraising strategy, public communications, database stewardship, social media, stakeholder cultivation, and organizational development while aligning messaging with institutional goals.

Manage and expand the Center's professional training portfolio and projects, coordinating recruitment, scheduling, logistics, partners, research support, budgets, vendor payments, and program evaluation. Produce briefings, track deliverables, assist with the Temperature Check report, and support daily operations and events to advance the Center's climate communication goals.

Lead and develop a team that administers staff compensation programs, job evaluations, market pricing, and salary actions. Provide consultative support to HR and university leaders, ensure compliance with policies and wage laws, improve processes and HR systems, oversee salary surveys and audits, and communicate compensation analyses clearly. On-site minimum three days per week.

The HR Partner serves as a trusted advisor, managing talent strategies, handling employee relations, and aligning HR services with organizational goals. The role involves strategic recommendations, performance management, and developing HR practices tailored to unit needs.

Provide quantitative analysis and data-driven insights to executive leadership. Extract, transform, and validate data; build visualizations, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports using Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, and Excel; ensure data security and compliance; collaborate with operational units to inform strategic decisions.

Manage employer partnerships to generate internship and full-time opportunities, execute recruiting events and career fairs, oversee Handshake operations and analytics, support Corporate Partners program, create employer/student communications, and collaborate with internal teams to improve recruiting processes and outcomes. Requires relationship management, event execution, data-informed decision making, and multi-project coordination.
