Lead SD-WAN product strategy and roadmap, define AI-driven automation and Fabric-to-the-Edge use cases, translate market/customer needs into engineering requirements, execute GTM, and drive cross-functional launches and customer advocacy for cloud-managed SD-WAN SaaS offerings.

The Innovation Lead will identify, prototype, and commercialize transformative AI, multi-agent, and edge-computing solutions for intelligent networking. Responsibilities include building working proofs of concept, coding and architecting prototypes, partnering with engineering and product teams, engaging customers and partners, influencing product roadmaps, participating in standards and open-source communities, and evangelizing technical innovations through thought leadership and industry presentations.

Own strategic marketing relationships with Americas resellers, developing joint plans, MDF investment strategies, ABM and demand-generation campaigns. Collaborate with channel sales, field marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and executive stakeholders to shape investment decisions, improve partner marketing standards, and strengthen routes to market.

Owns the global Market Development Funds program, including governance, allocation, compliance, financial management, performance measurement, reporting, and process improvement. Manages partner marketing OPEX planning, supports annual operating plans, defines system requirements, improves data quality and automation, and provides insights for investment decisions. Collaborates across Finance, IT, Marketing Operations, Partner Operations, Field Marketing, and Channel Sales while mentoring an MDF compliance contractor.

Execute regional partner marketing programs across US reseller networks, including go-to-market campaigns, MDF planning and ROI reporting, partner enablement, demand generation, advocacy, website content, and quarterly sales and technical exchange events. Collaborate with PAMs, channel sales, field marketing, distribution, BDR, partner experience, and marketing operations teams to improve partner activation, pipeline contribution, reporting consistency, and scalable marketing execution.

Owns pre-sales technical strategy for mid-complexity customer accounts. Responsibilities include qualifying opportunities, designing and architecting networking solutions, leading proofs of concept and technical validation, partnering with account executives, enabling channel partners, presenting to customers, applying competitive positioning, and influencing territory revenue. The role requires networking or pre-sales engineering experience, strong knowledge of networking and cloud technologies, consultative communication skills, and travel within the assigned territory.

Design, build, and operate GenAI and ML systems for network intelligence. Lead architecture of distributed ML services, implement REST APIs, containerize and deploy with Kubernetes, mentor engineers, and support LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and big-data workflows.

Partner with Account Executives to design, demonstrate, and validate secure, scalable wired/wireless networking solutions. Deliver technical presentations, POCs, RFP responses, and workshops; provide consultative guidance across switching, routing, wireless, security, and cloud-managed platforms; support competitive differentiation and post-sales escalations.

Leads quality strategy and execution for a cloud networking platform. Builds and manages globally distributed QA and SDET teams; oversees functional, regression, performance, scalability, resiliency, security, automation, and integration testing. Establishes CI/CD quality gates, test frameworks, quality metrics, release readiness processes, root cause analysis, budgets, tooling, and vendor relationships. Partners with Engineering, Product, DevOps/SRE, and Support to ensure reliable SaaS releases.

Lead design and delivery of production-grade ML and Generative AI platforms. Define technical vision, own full SDLC, architect scalable distributed ML systems, partner with cross-functional teams to integrate and operationalize models (RAG, agents, LLM fine-tuning) at scale.
