The State of New Jersey's Transit Corporation (NJT) is seeking a Network Engineer with extensive experience in wide-area and local area networks, network management tools, trouble ticketing applications, service desk skills, and ITIL incident management. This is a long-term contract position with a shift timing of 3 PM to 11 PM. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in the mentioned areas. Travel up to 50% of the time within New Jersey is required for this role.

The ITIL Change Manager is responsible for managing and implementing changes to the infrastructure and application systems. This includes developing and executing change management plans, conducting readiness assessments, and addressing resistance to change. The Change Manager will also work with project teams to integrate change actions into overall project plans.
