Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for SentiLink’s identity resolution and internal data platform initiatives. Lead cross-functional efforts involving engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams to improve data quality, reliability, scalability, and usability. Translate ambiguous technical needs into requirements, prioritize competing demands, manage dependencies, define success metrics, and communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs across the organization.

Lead SentiLink’s expansion into the travel and entertainment vertical, targeting airlines, hotels, travel marketplaces, ticketing platforms, venues, and entertainment companies. Own complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close, develop business cases, negotiate contracts, and build executive relationships. Shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, use cases, and vertical playbooks while partnering with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

Owns and builds SentiLink’s FCRA compliance program for its consumer reporting business. Responsibilities include dispute intake and reinvestigation, permissible-purpose controls, accuracy monitoring, consumer complaints, client diligence, regulatory inquiries, litigation support, and partnering with Engineering and Product to automate compliance workflows.

Serve as a senior fraud subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to prospective financial-services customers. Lead discovery, executive briefings, workshops, and consultative sales engagements; recommend how identity and fraud solutions integrate with existing workflows, technology, controls, and operating models. Translate customer needs into actionable product and implementation guidance, partner cross-functionally on solution design and roadmap priorities, communicate emerging fraud trends, and represent the company at industry forums.

Own demand-generation campaign content from anchor assets through landing pages, nurture emails, ads, events, social, video, case studies, SEO, and AEO. Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and Events to create audience-specific messaging for technical B2B buyers in regulated markets. Manage editorial publishing, maintain proof libraries, measure conversion and pipeline impact, and develop campaign video content in a remote, fast-growing startup environment.

Lead fraud strategy and influence business, product, and operational decisions across a rapidly growing identity and risk company. Responsibilities may include advising on fraud trends and attack patterns, translating insights into strategic recommendations, improving fraud prevention operations, partnering cross-functionally, engaging executive stakeholders, representing the company through industry thought leadership, and defining best practices for fraud, identity, and risk management.

Own and lead the technical direction of a major codebase section while designing, building, testing, documenting, and maintaining secure, scalable API-based decisioning products. Partner with product, engineering, and security teams on agile delivery, troubleshoot production issues, meet SLA requirements, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Lead design and evolution of SentiLink's data platform for fraud detection. Architect scalable batch and streaming pipelines, improve reliability, performance, and observability, set engineering standards, mentor engineers, drive cross-team technical initiatives, participate in production support/on-call, and evaluate build-vs-buy and emerging technologies.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll develop fraud detection models, perform detailed analyses, and work closely with teams to drive product innovation and business outcomes.

Own and evolve the data infrastructure powering identity and fraud products. Build and operate scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data quality and observability, optimize storage and access, support product squads, respond to production incidents, mentor engineers, and drive data platform innovation.
