Technical Designer responsible for developing menswear woven garments from design through production. Creates technical sketches and tech packs, collaborates with designers, patternmakers, sample rooms, production teams, and overseas factories, coordinates fittings, evaluates measurements and construction, documents fit comments, approves prototypes and pre-production garments, and resolves workmanship issues. The role requires strong menswear, patternmaking, garment construction, fit, grading, communication, and time-management expertise.

Supports technical design for a denim assortment, including fit blocks, grading rules, construction standards, spec architecture, and seasonal tech packs. Lead creative vision and technical development for women's denim: oversee fit/block, wash/finish development, mill relationships, mentor design team, and partner cross-functionally to ensure commercial viability while traveling internationally to source fabrics and trends.
