Leads global brand and product marketing for menswear across ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear. Establishes positioning, develops seasonal campaigns and go-to-market strategies, oversees campaign briefing and launch calendars, and ensures consistent product storytelling across retail, wholesale, digital, communications, and creative channels. Supports development and production of denim apparel, including style and BOM creation, factory development logs, sample tracking, costing, production calendars, purchase orders, wash reviews, quality audits, and vendor communication. Coordinates cross-functional teams across design, merchandising, technical design, sales, planning, and factories to meet seasonal milestones, resolve production issues, and ensure accurate product execution.

Supports footwear and accessories product development from concept through production by tracking samples, coordinating shipments and materials, maintaining product data and BOMs in PLM systems, managing color standards, processing invoices, and supporting costing and budget tracking. Collaborates with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain accurate records, distribute samples, resolve logistics issues, and keep development activities on schedule.

Leads design direction and development for rag & bone’s White Label men’s woven apparel, including outerwear, tailoring, bottoms, and shirting. Responsibilities include trend research, sketching, color and material selection, tech packs, trim development, fittings, seasonal presentations, design organization, and cross-functional collaboration. The role manages the cohesive execution of the full product line while mentoring designers and ensuring brand alignment, product quality, and timely delivery.
