Design and own Quince’s agentic infrastructure for marketing execution and user growth. Build scalable LLM services, multi-agent event streams, automated content and multimodal asset pipelines, and autonomous campaign optimization systems. Establish safe LLM operating protocols, including confidence limits, prompt versioning, fallback, and rollback frameworks. Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to improve catalog data integration, reduce latency, and increase advertising delivery efficiency.

Manage ad platform integrations and bidding automation, automate creative/design workflows, solve loosely defined optimization problems, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership.

Leads strategic and daily operations at a high-volume returns warehouse. Oversees Area Managers, Operations Managers, and their teams; drives safety, OSHA compliance, productivity, inventory accuracy, customer resolution, and KPI performance. Coordinates learning and development operations for evening warehouse shifts. Leads onboarding, audits trainer delivery and SOP adherence, coaches trainers, tracks training progress and cross-training completion, maintains Google Sheets dashboards, and reports insights to leadership.
