As a B2B Support Specialist at Quince, you'll drive transactional revenue, support customers through their orders, manage a CRM platform, and collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves managing Quince's SEO & AEO activities, optimizing site performance, and collaborating with various teams to enhance organic growth and brand visibility.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing technology and growth. Own marketing data, attribution, optimization, identity resolution, and personalization. Build autonomous ad-spend systems, integrate multi-channel platforms, collaborate with data science and engineering, evaluate third parties, and drive continuous experimentation and AI-driven tools to improve retention and ROI.

Provide empathetic, end-to-end support across chat, email, phone, and social channels; resolve issues, maintain high CSAT and QA scores, meet SLAs, share product insights, and contribute process improvements.

Lead strategy and delivery of Quince's recommendation platform, partnering with product, engineering, design, and data science to build personalization across storefront and lifecycle touchpoints, define KPIs, run continuous A/B testing, oversee UAT, and prioritize roadmap to optimize customer experience and business metrics.
