Coordinate and lead project activities including scope, schedule, budget, subcontracting, procurement, QA/QC, documentation, client liaison, staffing, safety, purchase orders, billing setup, and site visits to ensure timely contract deliverables.

Design, develop, and test electrical systems for industrial projects. Create schematics, wiring diagrams, select components, collaborate with mechanical teams, perform testing and troubleshooting, ensure code compliance, and prepare technical documentation.

Create detailed 3D part and assembly models in SolidWorks, produce production drawings and BOMs, align designs with manufacturing processes, manage CAD files in PDM, participate in design reviews, and check drawings for standards compliance.

Lead and enforce civil engineering department policies and procedures, manage operations and staff, ensure civil design deliverables for commercial and public site development, coordinate with project managers and designers, use AutoCAD/Bluebeam/MS Office to gather project information, identify approval hurdles, and drive performance metrics.

Design custom industrial machinery: develop mechanical systems, 3D models, detailed drawings, select materials and processes, support prototyping/testing, coordinate suppliers, and collaborate with electrical/controls teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.

Manage end-to-end bid and proposal processes, craft responses to RFIs/RFPs/ITTs, coordinate meetings and updates, maintain bid library and case studies, support business development, and ensure customer due diligence and terms are in place.
