The Logistics Coordinator manages the efficient movement of goods globally, enhances customer relationships, and resolves shipping issues while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Manage order management operations and customer relationships through proactive exception handling, data analysis, and SOP maintenance. Perform billing, monitor finance reports, resolve intercompany discrepancies, support retention and sales activities, assist RFP responses and new-business transitions, and suggest system/process improvements while using Excel and Power BI.

Lead design, oversight, and continuous improvement of a global compliance program. Advise executives and business teams on international laws (sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption, antitrust, AI), manage investigations, audits, subpoenas, and outside counsel, partner with Internal Audit and Finance, create policies and controls, deliver training, lead cross-functional compliance initiatives, and supervise and develop a compliance team. Travel 5–15%.

Coordinate and monitor international inbound/outbound shipments, process shipping requests and compliant documentation, track KPIs, resolve exceptions, communicate with customers and vendors, create SOPs/SWIs, support Dangerous Goods documentation and cross-functional collaboration to improve supply‑chain processes.

Own and drive the Americas LCL product strategy, network design, pricing, and performance. Design a standardized routing guide, enforce routing compliance, manage KPIs, align commercial and regional stakeholders, and support sales enablement to grow volume and improve service reliability.

Support Project Cargo Services growth by creating and managing internal/external communications, maintaining SharePoint and digital platforms, enabling commercial/marketing materials, coordinating program initiatives, tracking projects, and assisting PCS leadership with reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Manage end-to-end ocean import shipments, including file preparation, vessel and milestone monitoring, shipment settlements, customs issue resolution, workboard updates, invoicing, documentation, and KPI compliance. The intern communicates with customers and internal teams, maintains SOPs and training documentation, investigates exceptions, supports process improvements, and resolves operational issues while developing logistics expertise and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Coordinate booking, scheduling, and documentation for air and ground freight; update shipment data, dispatch freight, communicate with customers and vendors, execute invoicing per SOPs, maintain compliance, meet KPIs, and escalate issues to management.

Reviews and adjudicates criminal, employment, education, and applicable motor vehicle background checks. Applies FCRA, EEOC, and state and local regulations; documents audit-ready decisions; supports adverse action processes; and coordinates with applicants, internal teams, and screening vendors. Monitors screening metrics and vendor SLAs, identifies trends, recommends process improvements, and supports quarterly vendor business reviews and Americas Security, Health and Safety initiatives.

Coordinates full-cycle recruiting from requisition and job posting through candidate selection, offers, pre-boarding, and onboarding handoff. Sources candidates, screens resumes, schedules interviews, supports hiring managers, maintains talent pipelines, tracks recruiting metrics, protects candidate confidentiality, and improves recruiting workflows and candidate experience. Also supports workforce planning, internal mobility, succession pipelines, recruiting events, employment branding, and inclusive hiring practices.
