Recruits and develops teams, manages risk and service execution, drives corrective actions, and uses automation, analytics, and technical solutions to improve logistics operations and customer experience.

Leads CFS operations across airport, off-airport, and regional facilities. Oversees freight receiving, staging, transfers, cross-docking, inventory, cargo release, security, compliance, cartage coordination, labor planning, budgeting, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. Develops employees and supervisors while coordinating with airlines, customers, service providers, security, facilities, compliance, and district leadership. The role also applies automation, AI, and Microsoft technologies to improve operational processes.

Provides first-level support for hardware, software, networking, operating systems, enterprise applications, and peripherals. Troubleshoots issues, documents resolutions, escalates complex problems, supports patching and system updates, manages branch hardware inventory and lifecycle, assists with software rollouts, backups, security, audits, procurement, and vendor interactions. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; develop templates and playbooks; manage outside counsel; partner with finance, product, operations, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risk and drive process improvements across 100+ legal entities.
