Supports customers and sales professionals through inquiry follow-up, quoting, case development, order processing, post-sale implementation, certification requirements, adoption timelines, issue resolution, and renewal planning. Acts as the primary post-sales contact, coordinates internal teams, supports fulfillment, builds customer relationships, and provides feedback to account managers to inform expansion and sales strategies.

Develop measurement frameworks, dashboards and insights to improve discoverability in LLMs and AI search, support technology pilots and implementations, train teams, and scale AI-enabled workflows to boost communications effectiveness and visibility.

Perform and lead electrical product testing per defined test plans, evaluate and record test results, build and maintain test setups and equipment, communicate with customers and engineering, and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Owns adoption, renewal, and expansion outcomes for 10–30 strategic enterprise accounts. Builds ROI models, long-term success roadmaps, executive value reviews, and expansion strategies. Maintains test equipment and work areas, interprets schematics and instructions, communicates with customers during testing, and reports findings to engineers and laboratory staff. Requires basic computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication abilities, and a team-oriented approach.

Lead a portfolio marketing team to develop and execute integrated strategies, messaging, thought leadership, and campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and consideration for UL Solutions across industry verticals and megatrends. Drive portfolio positioning, market insights, audience segmentation, and measurement frameworks while collaborating with Brand, Field, Product, Sales, and Communications. Manage team resources, capability development, and performance to support enterprise growth objectives.

Sets up, adapts, and operates HVAC and refrigeration test equipment and laboratory systems. Performs tests, evaluates samples and results, maintains and calibrates equipment, records data, and prepares test reports. Reads schematics, blueprints, standards, and test plans; communicates with customers and engineers; recommends equipment and process improvements; and may direct testing staff. Requires independent work within defined limits and incorporation of basic automation and continuous improvement practices.

Tests and certifies fire alarm, access control, and smoke detection systems to UL standards. Manages certification projects, defines test programs, coordinates laboratory activities, reviews product compliance, develops reports and procedures, resolves engineering issues, and communicates technical findings and project status to clients. The role also provides technical guidance, supports standards and test-method development, and may travel to client sites or industry events.
