Configure and operate mainframe, mini, and client/server systems; optimize system performance and resource utilization; perform capacity analysis and planning; and assist users accessing and using business systems.

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database solutions and web applications. Build PL/SQL objects, REST APIs (ORDS), front-end components (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and execute data migrations. Optimize performance, ensure security/compliance, perform light Unix administration and shell scripting, document designs, and follow change management. Collaborate with teams and support production deployments. Requires active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
