Design, build, and productionize ML, NLP, and generative AI (LLM/RAG) solutions for Navy maintenance and logistics data. Implement end-to-end ML pipelines, MLOps in AWS GovCloud, vector search, model governance, and documentation for Government accreditation; collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and Navy SMEs.

Provides subject matter expertise on NAVWAR order of battle, positioning, navigation, and timing threats and successes.

Serve as a senior systems architect applying MDDI/MBSE to model S/4HANA-anchored enterprise architecture, drive integration across services and messaging, align to DoD digital engineering and security frameworks, govern architecture decisions across Agile release trains, and mentor engineers in model-driven design and verification.

Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of SAP GTS (Compliance, Customs, Preference) on S/4HANA. Translate export-control and customs requirements into GTS configuration and master data, integrate with MM/SD/TM, implement RBAC/ABAC controls, lead testing and go-live activities, produce documentation and RMF evidence, and mentor junior analysts.

Design, develop, and maintain BI and analytics solutions (SAC, Power BI, Tableau) on S/4HANA/BW4HANA. Build Alteryx workflows and SQL/Python/ABAP-CDS views, partner with data engineering on data quality and canonical models, enable self-service analytics, and provide documentation, runbooks, and RMF evidence for USTRANSCOM stakeholders.
