Travel to plants and pilot sites may reach approximately 30%.

Serves as the technical authority for CAE and FEA supporting automotive driveline product design, development, validation, and release. Defines modeling strategies, performs structural, fatigue, NVH, CFD, thermal, and optimization analyses, and establishes verification, correlation, and acceptance standards. Leads complex technical reviews, influences product architecture, develops CAE methods and automation, mentors engineers, and coordinates global teams and suppliers. The role also advances simulation capabilities while reducing prototypes, development time, cost, technical risk, and warranty exposure.

Develop and validate system-level software for engine and power-electronics products. Define software requirements and architecture, lead cross-functional teams, perform modeling, design, SIL/HIL testing, verification/validation, and ensure regulatory and functional safety compliance while interfacing with hardware engineers, suppliers, and customers.

Develop, test, release, and maintain embedded software for AWD products using model-based design, autocode generation, and embedded C. Define requirements and detailed designs, implement and verify units (MIL/SIL), debug on-target, and follow Automotive SPICE processes while collaborating across teams to meet program goals.

Design, build, and deploy automation frameworks, AI-enabled tools, and KPI dashboards. Integrate data from engineering tools, develop prototypes on Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform, support AI model testing and optimization, and drive user adoption, governance, and cross-functional implementation.

Lead all site IT services for the Seneca campus: act as primary IT business partner, govern IT/OT and cybersecurity, drive digital adoption, manage IT operations, projects, vendors, budgets, and develop local IT talent while aligning with regional and global IT strategies.
